The new guidelines for COWC fees go into effect on January 1, 2008. The new rules incorporate the unit values posted in the 2007 Relative Values for Physicians (RVP) dataset which is authored by Relative Value Studies, Inc.

The cost is approximately $270, not including shipping and handling (subject to change). Be sure to specify that you want the 2007 edition or they will sell you the most recent edition, which would not be applicable for COWC claims.
